- Articles can be no more than 2000 words.
- Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format.
- Typed in Arial or Times New Roman font at 12 point size
- Must include footnotes (where necessary) and conform to the latest edition of the Australian Guide to Legal Citation (AGLC).
- The submission must not be already published or, currently under consideration with, any other publication.
- We accept originally written assessments by the contributor but it must be your own work.
Law Students
- Your full name

Legal Practitioners
- Your full name
- Your professional title (Eg: Solicitor, Barrister, etc)
